Customer satisfaction pledge
We operate to very high service delivery standards
Our aim is to deliver the correct goods to our customers in as quick a time as is possible.
We only supply quality - 100% warranted goods
Where there has beena failure in our stated aims we pledge to put it right in as quick a time as is humanly possible - this can either be by replacement with the same or higher value goods or by refund in full
Our hope is that you will feel that by ordering goods from us has been worthwhile and at least equal to your expectations and that in the future you will want to re-order from us.
Ex Orders usually sent Same Day
Your order will usually be sent same business day if it is placed by 4 PM. We make every attempt to supply all goods from and achieve this stated aim in over 95% of orders
Item Is On Order or Backorder
If a product is not currently in in our warehouse and we have ordered the product from our supplier we expect to be able to ship your product soon. We will ship your item on the same day it is back into and update you on the status of your order via e-mail (If requested).
When should my order arrive?
Once your order has left our premises we expect it to arrive next delivery day. Orders placed Monday - Thursday we expect to arrive next day. For those items sent by Royal Mail we find Friday orders do not always get delivered on Saturday a.m. so we expect those to arrive Monday. Orders placed After 4pm Friday and before 4pm Monday are despatched on Monday and should be received by you on Tuesday. Please advise us within 3 days if your order has not been received. Royal Mail 1st Class Post is not a guaranteed delivery service, the largest percentage of goods sent this way (94%) do arrive "next day"
What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?
In this case we would either:-
(1) Send those items in same day with the outstanding item being sent on the same day it came back into with us.
(2) Wait until all items were in and send together.
