carrier for all small packets is the the Royal Mail 1st Class
Postal Service. For larger/heavier boxes we use a Next Day Carrier
service, for these we use a various reputable Courier Companies
for UK Deliveries. For International Deliveries where sending
costs are higher than we have allowed for the UK we may use
Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS or another International Carrier,
but always in agreement with you.
Whenever possible, if you have opted to provide us with your
e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with
a tracking number upon receipt of your order.

Procedures for Returning and
Exchanging Items

include a copy of your invoice and the reason with your return,
and wrap the package securely.

Refunds
generally take 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
